1. Cauliflower, broken into small florets - 1 large head
2. Frozen peas, thawed - 1 (10 ounce) package
3. Onion, chopped - 1 small
4. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
5. Shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
6. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
7. Bacon bits - ¼ cup
8. Light mayonnaise - 1 cup
9. Reduced fat sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
10. Granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®) - 2 tablespoons
11. Distilled white vinegar - 2 tablespoons
12. Prepared mustard - 1 tablespoon
13. Seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®) - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Toss together cauliflower, peas, onion, and celery in a large bowl. Mix in Cheddar, Parmesan, and bacon bits.
