2. Frozen peas, thawed 1 (10 ounce) package
3. Onion, chopped 1 small
4. Celery, chopped 2 stalks
5. Shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese 1 cup
6. Grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup
7. Bacon bits ¼ cup
8. Light mayonnaise 1 cup
9. Reduced fat sour cream 1 (8 ounce) container
10. Granular no-calorie sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®) 2 tablespoons
11. Distilled white vinegar 2 tablespoons
12. Prepared mustard 1 tablespoon
13. Seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®) 1 teaspoon

1 . Stage

Toss together cauliflower, peas, onion, and celery in a large bowl. Mix in Cheddar, Parmesan, and bacon bits.
