1. Ham - 4 (1/4 inch thick) slices
2. Hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped - 4 large
3. Celery, minced - 3 stalks
4. Light mayonnaise - 1 ½ cups
5. Dill pickle relish - ½ cup
6. Minced onion - ¼ cup
7. Dijon mustard (Optional) - 2 tablespoons
8. Ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
