4. Italian seasoning - ½ teaspoon
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Cheese curds - 1 cup
7. Hot turkey gravy - 1 ½ cups
8. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
9. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Soak fries for 30 minutes in water to cover. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
