1. Cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces - 1 head
2. Hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 4
3. Mayonnaise, or more to taste - ½ cup
4. Dill pickle relish - 2 tablespoons
5. Diced green onion - 2 tablespoons
6. Prepared yellow mustard - 1 tablespoon
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, cover, and steam until tender, about 5 minutes.
