Ingredients for - Sweet Pepper Pasta Toss with Kale

1. Uncooked farfalle (bow tie) pasta - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Red bell pepper, chopped - 1 medium
4. Yellow bell pepper, chopped - 1 medium
5. Roughly chopped kale - 1 cup
6. Garlic, chopped - 4 cloves
7. Dried basil - 1 pinch
8. Ground cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste -
10. Feta cheese, crumbled - 8 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Sweet Pepper Pasta Toss with Kale

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Stage

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in red pepper, yellow pepper, kale and garlic. Season with basil, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.

3. Stage

In a large bowl, toss cooked pasta with skillet mixture. Sprinkle with feta cheese to serve.
