6. Pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced - 2 tablespoons
7. Minced shallot - 1 tablespoon
8. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
10. Lemon, cut into wedges (Optional) - 1

How to cook deliciously - Savory Spanish Potato Salad

1. Stage

Place potatoes into a pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and cool until easily handled. Slice potatoes about 1/2-inch thick and place in a bowl.
