1. Feta cheese, crumbled well - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Hot green peppers, stemmed, or more to taste - 3
3. Full-fat Greek yogurt - 1 cup
4. Olive oil - ⅓ cup
5. Sweet red pepper paste (Optional) - 2 tablespoons
6. White vinegar - 1 tablespoon
7. Garlic, mashed (Optional) - 1 clove
8. Cayenne pepper - 1 pinch

Place feta cheese in a large glass bowl. Place green peppers in a food processor and blend into a paste; transfer to the bowl of feta. Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, red pepper paste, vinegar, garlic, and cayenne pepper to the dip. Stir well.
