1. Olive oil ¼ cup
2. Onion, chopped 1
3. Carrots, diced 2
4. Celery, chopped 2 stalks
5. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
6. Bay leaf 1
7. Dried oregano 1 teaspoon
8. Dried basil 1 teaspoon
9. Dry lentils 2 cups
10. Water 8 cups
11. Crushed tomatoes 1 (14.5 ounce) can
12. Spinach, rinsed and thinly sliced ½ cup
13. Vinegar 2 tablespoons
14. Salt to taste 2 tablespoons
15. Ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Lentil Soup

1 . Stage
