Cooking
1 . Stage
Wash and peel the vegetables.

Shred the daikon, carrots, celery on a special grater. I did this right over a wok.

In fact, it is better to add daikon later (it is more tender), and leave the coarse vegetables for now and pour onions in half rings to them.

Pour the oil and fry the vegetables, then add the daikon and minced garlic. Fry again.
