1. Stage
In a small pot (I have 1.5 liters) cook turkey broth, salt it.

Fry the mushrooms, also salt. Separately fry carrots and potatoes, salt.
3. Stage
In a medium saucepan mix broth with meat, mushrooms, potatoes and carrots, cream. Bring to a boil and add spices if necessary. When all ingredients are ready, grind everything with a blender.

Add the herbs and the juice of half a lemon.
5. Stage
A few minutes on low heat and our soup is ready. When serving, garnish with cream. Bon appetit!
