1. Ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into small cubes - 2
2. Fresh peaches, peeled and cut into small cubes - 2
3. Roma tomatoes, cut into small pieces - 4
4. Purple onion, minced - ½ medium
5. Orange bell pepper, diced - ½
6. Red bell pepper, diced - ¼
7. Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced - 1
8. Finely chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup
9. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
10. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
11. Salt - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Michelle's Mango Peach Salsa

1. Stage

Combine mangoes, peaches, tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a bowl. If you like your salsa watery, leave the juice from the mangoes and peaches in the bowl. If you like your salsa a little more dry and chunky, drain the juice out.
