1. Butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 medium
2. Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
3. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 teaspoons
4. Ripe avocado - 1
5. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 cup
6. Cubed smoked mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
7. Chopped fresh basil - ½ cup
8. Olive oil - ¼ cup
9. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 ½ tablespoons
10. Dijon mustard - ½ tablespoon
11. Garlic, minced - ½ clove

How to cook deliciously - Butternut Squash Caprese Salad

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
