8. Italian seasoning - 2 tablespoons

10. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
11. Frozen, cooked Italian-style meatballs - thawed - 25
12. Water - 5 cups
13. Uncooked macaroni - 2 cups

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook the bell pepper and onion in the hot oil until the onions are translucent, 5 to 7 minutes.
