How to cook deliciously - Bread on sourdough
1. Stage
Prepare unleavened dough. Dissolve salt and molasses in water, pour into the starter and dilute it.
2. Stage
Add the flour and knead with a spoon.
3. Stage
Place the soft dough on a lightly floured board and knead the dough, dusting lightly with flour on your hands.
4. Stage
Round out the dough, put it in a bowl greased with vegetable oil (1), cover and leave in the heat for 1.5 - 2 hours to rise (2).
5. Stage
Knead the dough until it has risen and fold into an envelope. Place the dough on flour-dusted molds, cover with clingfilm and leave to rise. If there are no molds, place the dough on floured baking paper and shape the bread into the desired shape.
6. Stage
Take the dough out of the molds, put it on a baking tray lined with baking paper (dusted with flour), shake off the excess flour from the dough. Make the holes with a wooden spatula (soak it in vegetable oil).
7. Stage
Bake in a preheated oven at 230C in a steamer (put a bowl of boiling water down at the same time as the baking tray). Sprinkle the bread with cold water before placing it in the oven. After 10 minutes of baking, remove the bowl with the boiling water and reduce the temperature to 200C. Bake for 40 minutes, guided by your oven. Place the finished bread on a rack and leave until warm, then cover with a towel.
