Ingredients for - Poached Salmon

1. Dry white wine - ½ cup
2. Water - ½ cup
3. Salmon fillets - 2 pounds
4. Butter, cut into small pieces - 2 tablespoons
5. Dried parsley - 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Chopped garlic - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 ½ teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Poached Salmon

1. Stage

Heat wine and water in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Gently slide salmon fillets into poaching liquid. Dot fillets with butter, then sprinkle parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper over top.

3. Stage

Bring to a slow boil, then reduce the heat to medium and poach until salmon flesh is firm and flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes.
