Ingredients for - Poached Salmon

1. Dry white wine ½ cup
2. Water ½ cup
3. Salmon fillets 2 pounds
4. Butter, cut into small pieces 2 tablespoons
5. Dried parsley 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Chopped garlic 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Salt and pepper to taste 1 ½ teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Poached Salmon

1 . Stage

Heat wine and water in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.

2 . Stage

Gently slide salmon fillets into poaching liquid. Dot fillets with butter, then sprinkle parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper over top.

3 . Stage

Bring to a slow boil, then reduce the heat to medium and poach until salmon flesh is firm and flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes.
