Ingredients for - Avocado Tzatziki

1. Avocado, peeled and pitted - 1 large
2. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
3. Lemons, juiced - 1
4. Sour cream - ¼ cup
5. Chopped seeded cucumber - ½ cup
6. Red pepper flakes, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
7. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 tablespoon
8. Chopped fresh mint - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Tzatziki

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, garlic, lemon juice, sour cream and cucumber. Mash with a fork until smooth. If your avocado is not quite ripe enough, you may wish to use a food processor. Season with red pepper flakes, cilantro, mint, salt and pepper, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
