1. Sifted cake flour 2 ½ cups
2. Baking powder 2 teaspoons
3. White sugar 2 tablespoons
4. Sweetened condensed milk 1 (14 ounce) can
5. Freshly squeezed and strained orange juice 1 cup
6. Orange, zested 1
7. Unsalted butter, melted and cooled ½ cup
8. Sour cream ½ cup
9. Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
10. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
11. White vinegar 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Eggless Orange Cake

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch cake pan.

Mix cake flour, baking powder, and sugar together in a large bowl and make a well in the middle.

Combine condensed milk, orange juice, orange zest, butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl. Pour mixture into the flour well. Mix by hand using a whisk until smooth, about 5 minutes.
