Ingredients for - Easy Tomato Pie

1. Unbaked pie shell - 1 (9 inch)
2. Eggs, beaten - 2
3. Whole milk - 1 cup
4. Salt - 1 teaspoon
5. Dried basil - ½ teaspoon
6. Dried parsley - ¼ teaspoon
7. Dried minced onion - 1 ½ tablespoons
8. Cottage cheese - ½ cup
9. Plum tomatoes, diced - 5
10. Shredded Swiss cheese - 1 ¼ cups

How to cook deliciously - Easy Tomato Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, basil, parsley, onion flakes and cottage cheese. Spread tomatoes evenly across bottom of pastry shell, then sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Pour egg mixture over cheese.

3. Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until set in center.
