2. Chopped red onion - ½ cup
3. Cooked pulled pork without sauce, chopped - 8 ounces
4. Leftover baked potatoes, diced - 2
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
7. Cayenne pepper (Optional) - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Pulled Pork Hash

1. Stage

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion in melted butter until slightly softened, about 2 minutes. Add pork and continue to cook for 2 minutes more.
