1. Salt 1 teaspoon
2. Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
3. Red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon
4. Paprika 1 teaspoon
5. Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
6. Thyme ½ teaspoon
7. Oregano ½ teaspoon
8. Skinless, boneless chicken thighs 8
9. Cherry wood chips, or as needed 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Smoked Chicken Thighs

1 . Stage

Preheat a smoker to 200 degrees F (93 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Combine salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, and oregano in a bowl. Apply to chicken thighs as a dry rub.

3 . Stage

Smoke thighs using cherry wood for 1 hour. Rotate and flip thighs and continue smoking until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), about 1 hour more.
