1. Butter - 2 tablespoons
2. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
3. Salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Milk - 1 cup
5. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
6. Prepared mustard - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cheese Dipping Sauce

1. Stage

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and 1 teaspoon of salt until mixture begins to bubble.

2. Stage

Gradually add milk, stirring continuously, until mixture has thickened. Stir in cheese and mustard until all of the cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper; serve warm.
