How to cook deliciously - Air Breakfast Pie
1 . Stage
Mix the flour with the soft butter. Knead into crumbs. Add the egg yolks and make a ball of dough. Place in the freezer.
2 . Stage
Beat the whites until foamy, gradually adding the kissel to whip until thick.
3 . Stage
Take the dough out of the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater into a convenient bowl.
4 . Stage
We take a mold. I have 18 cm. Put part of the dough on the bottom of the mold.
5 . Stage
Since I don't like jam touching the molds and sticking, I make a flagellum of dough and make a small rim with it. I put the jam on the dough.
6 . Stage
Place a layer of batter on top of the jam. Pour the airy rice into the protein mixture.
7 . Stage
Mix gently. And put the mixture in the form on a layer of dough. Turn on the heat of the oven to 180*.
8 . Stage
Place the remaining batter on top of the protein layer.
9 . Stage
You can sprinkle sugar on top. I have special sugar crystals for sprinkles. And send the cake into the oven for about 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven!!!
10 . Stage
The pie is ready!!! Take the pie out of the oven and let it cool slightly in the mold. Take off the side and slide the pie onto a plate. Bon appetit!!!
