1. Powdered milk - ½ cup
2. Rice flour - 2 cups
3. Potato starch - 1 cup
4. Tapioca flour - ⅔ cup
5. Gluten-free infant rice cereal - ½ cup
6. Powdered egg whites - 3 tablespoons
7. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
8. Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
9. Cream of tartar - ¼ teaspoon
10. Ascorbic acid - ¼ teaspoon
11. Butter - ¾ cup

1. Stage

Grind the powdered milk until fine.

2. Stage

Combine rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, powdered milk, rice cereal, powdered egg whites, sugar, baking powder, cream of tatar, and ascorbic acid together in a bowl; mix with an electric mixer. Add butter and mix until well combined. Transfer to an airtight container; store in the refrigerator.
