Ingredients for - Cube Steak Stew

1. Beef cube steak - 1 ½ pounds
2. All-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
3. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Butter - ½ tablespoon
5. Onion, chopped - 1
6. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
7. Beef bouillon, dissolved in 1 cup water - 1 cube
8. Sliced potatoes, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
9. Peas and carrots - 1 (8 ounce) can
10. Browning sauce - 1 teaspoon
11. Italian seasoning - ½ teaspoon
12. Salt - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cube Steak Stew

1. Stage

Cut cube steaks into 1/2-inch pieces. Sprinkle flour over a plate; dredge meat in flour.

2. Stage

Heat oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak pieces, onion, and garlic to the pan; sauté until lightly browned. Add more butter if needed.

3. Stage

Stir in beef bouillon, potatoes, peas and carrots, browning sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cover, turn heat down to simmer, and cook until thickened, about 25 minutes. Add more water if it gets too thick.
