Ingredients for - Orange Cumin Vinaigrette

1. Dijon mustard - 1 ½ teaspoons
2. Grated orange zest - 1 ½ teaspoons
3. Ground cumin, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
4. Red pepper flakes, or to taste - ¼ teaspoon
5. Fresh orange juice - 1 tablespoon
6. Rice vinegar - ¼ cup
7. Olive oil, or to taste - ⅓ cup
8. Salt, or to taste - 1 pinch
9. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Orange Cumin Vinaigrette

1. Stage

Place Dijon mustard, orange zest, cumin, red pepper flakes, orange juice, rice wine vinegar, and olive oil into a jar with a screw top. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cover jar and shake vigorously for 2 minutes to form temporary emulsion.
