Ingredients for - Gyros Burgers

1. Lean ground beef - ½ pound
2. Lean ground lamb - ½ pound
3. Onion, grated - ½
4. Garlic, pressed - 2 cloves
5. Bread, toasted and crumbled - 1 slice
6. Dried savory - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground allspice - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground coriander - ½ teaspoon
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground cumin - 1 dash

How to cook deliciously - Gyros Burgers

1. Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil grate.

2. Stage

In large bowl, combine ground beef, ground lamb, onion, garlic, and bread crumbs. Season with savory, allspice, coriander, salt, pepper, and cumin. Knead until mixture is stiff. Shape into 4 very thin patties (1/8-inch to 1/4-inch thick).

Grill patties for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
