8. Milk - ⅔ cup
9. Vegetable oil - ⅔ cup
10. Butter, softened - ½ cup
11. Slivered almonds (Optional) - ¼ cup
12. Poppy seeds, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons
13. Almond extract - 1 tablespoon
14. Apple cider vinegar - 2 ½ teaspoons
15. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 14 muffin cups with liners.
