1. Fresh raspberries 1 ¼ cups
2. White sugar ⅔ cup
3. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
4. Powdered sugar, or more as needed 1 cup
5. Milk ½ cup
6. Salted butter 4 tablespoons
7. Cocoa powder, or more to taste 1 ½ tablespoons

1 . Stage

Bring raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Strain and let cool for 5 minutes.
