3. Packed brown sugar - ½ cup

5. Orange juice - 2 tablespoons
6. Grated orange zest - 1 teaspoon
7. All-purpose flour - 2 ½ cups
8. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Chopped cranberries - 2 cups
11. Chopped walnuts (Optional) - ½ cup
12. Confectioners' sugar - 1 ½ cups
13. Orange juice - 3 tablespoons
14. Grated orange zest - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cranberry Orange Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Make the cookies: Cream butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth. Beat in egg until well blended. Mix in orange juice and zest.

Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir flour mixture into the butter mixture until combined. Mix in cranberries and walnuts until evenly distributed.
