6. All-purpose flour - 3 ½ cups
7. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
8. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground cloves - ½ teaspoon
12. Ground ginger - ¼ teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
