1. Cauliflower, thinly sliced 4 cups
2. Coarsely chopped olives 1 cup
3. Coarsely chopped green bell pepper (Optional) ⅔ cup
4. Chopped pimento peppers (Optional) ½ cup
5. Onion, chopped (Optional) ½ cup
6. Celery stalks, thinly sliced 1 bunch
7. Canola oil ½ cup
8. Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
9. Red or white wine vinegar 3 tablespoons
10. Salt ½ teaspoon
11. White sugar ¼ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Raw Cauliflower Salad

1 . Stage

Combine cauliflower, olives, bell pepper, pimento peppers, onion, and celery in a large bowl.

2 . Stage

Combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, sugar, and black pepper in a small jar with a lid. Close jar and shake until dressing is combined. Pour over vegetables. Marinate cauliflower salad in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
