Ingredients for - Pasta Salad I

1. Fusilli pasta - 3 cups
2. Broccoli florets - ¾ cup
3. Cauliflower florets - ¾ cup
4. Red onion, sliced - ½ cup
5. Thinly sliced carrots - ½ cup
6. Red bell pepper, chopped - ½ cup
7. Chopped green bell pepper - ½ cup
8. Chopped mushrooms - ½ cup
9. Chopped celery - ½ cup
10. Light mayonnaise - ¾ cup
11. Distilled white vinegar - ¼ cup
12. White sugar - ¼ cup
13. Salt and pepper to taste - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Pasta Salad I

1. Stage

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water.

2. Stage

Place pasta in a large serving bowl add the all the vegetables and toss to combine.

3. Stage

Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar together, whisk until smooth. Pour over salad and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
