1. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
2. Condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
3. Water - 2 ½ cups
4. Chicken broth - 4 cups
5. Sauerkraut - ½ pound
6. Onion, finely diced - 1
7. Carrots, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Sliced potatoes, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
9. Smoked sausage of your choice, sliced - 1 pound
10. Dried dill weed - 1 teaspoon
11. Minced garlic (Optional) - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Sauerkraut Soup

1. Stage

Blend cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, and chicken broth in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker. Stir in sauerkraut, onion, carrots, potatoes, and sausage. Season with dill and garlic.

Cover and cook on Low for up to 8 hours or High for 4 hours. Season with salt and pepper.
