1. Stage
Soak the gelatin in water. Heat the swollen gelatin until dissolved (do not boil). Let cool.

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add yogurt, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Whisk.

Pour the cooled gelatin into the curd mixture and beat again.
4. Stage
Place a few spoonfuls of curd mass at the bottom of the jar. Break up the cookies and place them on top of the curd cream. Place 2-3 more spoonfuls of cream on top of the cookies.

Cut a few strawberries in half lengthwise. Arrange them around the perimeter of the jar with the slice facing out.

Slice the remaining strawberries randomly and fill the space. Place the remaining curd cream on top. The finished dessert is sent to the fridge to harden. Before serving, garnish with grated chocolate.
