Ingredients for - Southern Macaroni and Cheese

1. Uncooked elbow macaroni - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Cottage cheese - 3 (8 ounce) containers
3. Sour cream - 1 (16 ounce) container
4. Eggs - 3
5. Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 cups
6. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon
7. Paprika - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Southern Macaroni and Cheese

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

3. Stage

In a large bowl combine cooked pasta, cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, Cheddar cheese and cayenne pepper. Mix well and transfer to prepared dish. Sprinkle with paprika.

4. Stage

Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake 40 minutes.
