Ingredients for - Super Sugar Cookies

1. Butter - 1 cup
2. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
3. Salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Confectioners' sugar - 1 cup
5. Eggs - 2
6. White sugar - 1 cup
7. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
8. Cream of tartar - 1 teaspoon
9. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
10. All-purpose flour - 4 cups

How to cook deliciously - Super Sugar Cookies

1. Stage

Cream vegetable oil and butter or margarine. Add sugars and blend well. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add above. Refrigerate dough for several hours after mixing.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Dough will be soft. Shape into balls. Dip in sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 12 minutes.
