2. All-purpose flour - ¾ cup
3. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
4. Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Refrigerated unsweetened coconut milk beverage - 1 ¾ cups
7. Canola oil - ½ cup
8. Eggs, lightly beaten - 2 large
9. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
10. Plain coconut milk yogurt - ½ cup
11. Toasted unsweetened coconut chips - ½ cup
12. Agave nectar - 8 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Coconut Crunch Healthier Whole-Grain Waffles

1. Stage

Stir together flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Stir together coconut milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.

Make a well in the flour mixture and pour in the egg mixture all at once. Stir just until moistened. (Batter will be slightly lumpy.)

Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
