1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Bacon - 3 slices
3. Onion, chopped - 1 large
4. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
5. Fresh collard greens, cut into 2-inch pieces - 1 pound
6. Chicken broth - 3 cups
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Red pepper flakes - 1 pinch
