3. Yellow bell pepper, cored and sliced - 1
4. Green bell pepper, cored and sliced - 1
5. Onion, thinly sliced - ½
6. Crumbled feta cheese, or to taste - 3 ounces
7. Canola oil - 4 tablespoons
8. Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. White sugar - ½ teaspoon
11. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
