While the dough is kneading, boil the mushrooms, chop them in a blender or pass through a meat grinder. Fry in vegetable oil, salt. Peel potatoes, cut into thin slices and pour boiling water over them. Roll out the ready dough into a 35 cm circle.

Turn the oven to preheat. Place the dough in a pizza dish or on a baking tray, shaping small sides. Place the potatoes on top of the dough and season with salt.

Leave in the heat for 20 minutes. Put out the pieces of butter. Place in the oven and bake at 190*C for 35 minutes. Check if the potatoes are ready with a knife or toothpick.
