5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Eggs, lightly beaten - 2
7. Milk - ¾ cup
8. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
9. Melted butter, cooled - 1 cup
10. Bananas, mashed - 2
11. Banana, chopped - 1
12. Granola - 1 cup
13. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup
14. Shredded coconut - 1 cup
15. Banana chips (Optional) - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Banana Muffins with a Crunch

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix in the eggs, milk, vanilla, and butter. Fold in mashed bananas, chopped banana, granola, walnuts, and coconut. Scoop into the prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle with banana chips.
