5. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Ground cinnamon - 1 pinch
7. Eggs, separated, divided - 2 large
8. Buttermilk - 1 cup
9. Unsalted butter, melted - ¼ cup
10. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cinnamon Belgian Waffles

1. Stage

Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl. Beat egg whites in a separate bowl with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Whisk buttermilk, melted butter, egg yolks, and vanilla together in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir in flour mixture until combined, then fold in egg whites.
