7. Chopped red onion - ¼ cup
8. Chopped fresh cilantro - 3 tablespoons
9. Chopped jalapeno chiles, seeds removed - 1 tablespoon
10. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
11. White sugar - 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Salt - ¾ teaspoon
13. Freshly ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
