1. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon
3. Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
4. Ground cardamom - ¼ teaspoon
5. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon
6. Black mustard seed - ½ teaspoon
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
9. Chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces - 2 (4 ounce)
10. Potatoes, diced - 2 medium
11. Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced - 2
12. Swiss chard, chopped - ½ bunch
13. Plain yogurt - 1 (8 ounce) container

How to cook deliciously - Curried Chicken and Potatoes

1. Stage

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. In hot oil, cook cumin seeds, garam masala, cardamom, cayenne pepper, mustard seeds, salt, and garlic. When seeds start to pop, stir in chicken and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes, or until chicken is nearly done.

2. Stage

Stir in tomatoes, chard, and yogurt. Cover, and cook 15 minutes more, or until potatoes are tender and chicken is cooked through.
