4. Dried parsley - 1 ½ teaspoons
5. Dried dill weed (Optional) - ¾ teaspoon
6. White sugar (Optional) - ¼ teaspoon
7. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
9. (1-inch thick) halibut steaks - 4

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
