Pour young green peas from the freezer for 2 minutes in boiling water, drain, rinse with cold water, immediately put them in a colander. Green peas can be boiled in salted water for a couple of minutes and rinsed with cold water.

Wash the vegetables. Chop lettuce or cut into small ribbons, cut radish and cucumber into thin slices, add green peas.

Feta lightly mash with a fork.

Add the feta to the vegetables and mix lightly.

For the dressing in a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, powdered sugar, olive oil - whisk well with a fork.

Pour the dressing over the salad, season with ground pepper, add chopped herbs. If you want, you can salt the salad, I did not salt it.
