1. Stage
Cut the rabbit into pieces, salt and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cut the onions in half rings, carrots in circles, and potatoes in cubes.

Fry the carrots and onions after the rabbit. Transfer meat to a cauldron, add potatoes and carrots with onions.

Add garlic, water, salt and pepper to taste and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
