1. All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups
2. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
3. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Rolled oats - 1 ¾ cups
6. White sugar - 1 cup
7. Raisins - ½ cup
8. Semisweet chocolate chips - ½ cup
9. Chopped walnuts - ½ cup
10. Melted shortening - ½ cup
11. Melted butter - ½ cup
12. Egg - 1
13. Milk - ¼ cup
14. Molasses - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In large bowl stir together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients.
