Ingredients for - Ultimate Mashed Potatoes

1. Red potato, cut into chunks - 5 pounds
2. Carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces - ½ cup
3. Garlic, halved - 4 cloves
4. Salt - 1 tablespoon
5. Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
6. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
7. Onion Powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Dried thyme leaves - 1 teaspoon
9. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
10. Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
11. Dried marjoram - 1 teaspoon
12. Butter, room temperature - ½ cup
13. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ½ cup
14. Worcestershire sauce - 2 teaspoons
15. Barbeque sauce (such as Sweet Baby Ray's®) - 2 tablespoons
16. Hot popcorn chicken - 1 cup
17. Hot milk - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Ultimate Mashed Potatoes

1. Stage

Place the potatoes, carrots, and garlic into a large pot and cover with water. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme, basil, oregano, and marjoram. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or two.

2. Stage

Return the potatoes to the pot, and mash until smooth. Fold in the butter, Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, barbeque sauce, and popcorn chicken until the cheese has melted. Stir in the hot milk until absorbed and serve.
