2. Minced sweet onion ¼ cup
3. Mild chopped green chilies 1 (4 ounce) can
4. Chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons
5. Garlic, minced 1 large clove
6. Fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced 1
7. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
8. Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
9. Ground cinnamon ⅛ teaspoon
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ⅛ teaspoon
11. Monterey Jack cheese 4 slices

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Green Chile Turkey Burgers

1 . Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Combine turkey, onion, chilies, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno pepper, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; gently mix until combined. Form into four 1/4-pound burgers.

Cook on the preheated grill until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the burgers should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
